This recipe will make 6-8 pieces – I like to use a thicker cut loaf too.
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 2 tspn of cinnamon
- 2 tblspn of vanilla
- Wisk the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Butter the frying pan (melted).
- Soak each piece of bread thoroughly in the mix.
- Cook in the frying pan until desired “done-ness” is reached.
