Absolutely love this dip. It’s a healthier, and tastier, solution to sour cream-based dips.
Originally found it as a dip for sweet potatoes, but it’s great on many other things such as:
- baked potatoes
- and much, much more…
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tspn garlic powder
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1/4 of a sweet red pepper – finely chopped (optional)
- pepper to taste
When used on sweet or baked potatoes, use an “X” cut and squeeze the potatoes – now it’s ready to be topped with our dip! If you have a choice, go with the sweet potatoes!
