Just spent some time mentoring a good friend and business associate, Chris. He left me a great article on leadership, which of course is a topic I love!
It starts off with the classic from William James:
“When two people meet, there are really six people present. There is each person as they see themselves, each person as the other person sees them, and each person as they really are.”
This perspective, to me, is so valuable when you are working with, or meeting people. It’s all about “relatability” (which is of course another topic all by itself…) and the impact you have on others.
I hope you enjoy this article too, The Real Impact of Leadership.
